Fuel Companion is the software that the drivers use in the truck. It is designed for ease of use and is controlled via the touch screen
and numeric keypad. While being easy to use, it is packed with features that allows drivers to do all of their tasks from the one program.
Data can be uploaded and downloaded anytime while in the field to allow your distribution department to allocate new orders to trucks while
they are on the road.
The system allows the driver to load fuel, and blend fuel on the truck, deliver fuel from both scheduled and unscheduled
deliveries, drop the fuel into specific tanks or pieces of equipment, capture signatures and GPS coordinates at point of delivery, along
with many other features. The drivers can then print off dockets and invoices, as well as trip reports, end of shift reports and balancing reports.
The pricing system is highly complex and allows for different prices for different customers and products, as well as different prices for
different delivery types i.e. Bulk or Onsite. The system can also handle multi-shifted trucks, and has a full stock control system including wet
and packaged stock.
The system can integrate to EMH400 and EMH600 meters for automatic meter reading, Diptronics for constantly accurate wet stock levels and GPS
receivers.

CompanionWare is software that runs in your backoffice. It allows you to import files sent back from the truck and loads them into an
SQL database. You can then search for dockets or browse through loads entered on the trucks through an tree interface which makes navigation
a breeze. Through a simple right-click interface you can reprint dockets or invoices which look almost identical to the ones produced in the
trucks, including customer signatures. You can even print to portable thermal printers for exact replica's of truck dockets.
You can run any of the standard reports over the data to get such things as litres delivered by a driver over a period of time, or because
the backend database for CompanionWare is SQL server, you can use COGNOS, Crystal Reports or almost any other report writing tool you like to
generate your own custom reports or other adhoc queries. The reports can be scheduled to run from a command line so you can for example run
an order report for a particular customer and have it emailed to them weekly without any human interaction.
CompanionWare also allows you to instant message the truck, and keeps a full message history so you can see what messages have been sent and what
the drivers reponse was.

Truck Tracker is a web based software package that allows you to get constant up-to-date positions of truck locations. You can view by
individually truck, or see all trucks at once. You can even view prior routes of trucks. The CompaionWare software also integrates to
Truck Tracker to allow you to view where a truck was when a delivery was made. It also has facilities to search for an address and get
directions to that address.
Because the GPS system on the truck runs through the existing PDA hardware and it's SIM card, there is no need for duplicated hardware,
SIM cards and wiring in the truck, saving you on the initial installation cost and future monthly costs of have multiple SIM cards for data
transfer.
